Co-owner, Richard Isaac, has been a Physical Education Teacher with the Burke County Public Schools for over 20 years. He has taught outdoor education programs for the Burke County Schools. He developed and operated an indoor climbing gym at his elementary school for fifteen years. He is certified as a Wilderness First Responder, is trained as a Rope Course Instructor and has over thirty years experience in outdoor programs.
Co-owner, Tammy Isaac, is a certified School Counselor with the Burke County Public Schools and has been a counselor for over 24 years. She currently has been at Forest Hill Elementary for fourteen years. She has been involved in outdoor programs for the past five years.
Brittany Isaac, lead guide, is a senior at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington majoring in education. She holds a Wilderness First Aid Certificate and has attended the UNCW Leadership Training. At UNCW her job duties included; high ropes instructor, supervisor of climbing wall; kayak instructor, equipment management and repair; group team building and belay clinics. She is also bilingual and speaks Spanish as a second language.
